I was surprised to read the report that the half of the foreigner who is present in Japan has not received health insurance. I did not think that a half was also although such a thing had been heard from beforehand. Internationalization progresses such a problem also increases and correspondence will be imminent for Japan in recent years. In the United States of America since there is a foreigner more than Japan Japan thinks that it should follow example.
